ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Ashley

I went from trying to address behaviors in afterschool and school day settings to understanding the beliefs that motivate the behaviors. Understanding how the brain works and its impact on identity and ability changed my approach.

Now I’m here to change yours. Behaviors will continue to overwhelm us as long we lack understanding of what's happening behind the behavior. So, I’ve put together a survey, with everything I wish I’d known when I started out, to help people like me get a head start.
