This adventure teaches youth how to reframe mistakes and overcome challenges with their families and peers as they would in video games. Families learn hands-on tips for healthy emotional bonding while supporting their children’s holistic development in moments of perceived failure. This series introduces children to strategies for maintaining mental and emotional flexibility during task switching, problem solving, and timed tasks. It features memory and hand-eye coordination activities and offers opportunities for families to participate together in various experiences. Read before registering.

The Level Up Your Gaming Skills IRL series is designed to help children, youth, and their families grow together through challenges and increase their enjoyment of one another. By registering for this event, you agree to be photographed throughout the event. Your photo may be shared on Ashley M. Blanco's Instagram and Tik Tok pages. View these pages at the social media handle @ashleythekidscoach. If you do not want to be photographed, please respond to the email after registering, and you will not be photographed.

You are welcome to bring up to 6 family members for this event. There will be no on-site child care. If you bring children younger than 8-years-old, please plan to keep them at your side while enjoying the event. They will not be able to play alone in other rooms of Community Well.

So much kindness, consideration, and respect for families go into this event. Disrespect, disregard, hostility, exclusion, and arrogance expressed through meanness towards any person will not be tolerated. This is a skill building zone. Please expect Ashley to kindly redirect you towards openness and patience when feeling impatient and frustrated with your child. More hostile expressions of communication towards children will warrant a private conversation with Ashley if the family decides to return to the setting for future events. There are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations.

If you have any questions, email me at ashley@risewhereyoure.com or educate.to.invigorate@gmail.com.
